Sweet And Sour Baked Beans

  Sliced bacon 1 Pound
  Onions 4 Large, sliced
  Packed brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cider vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ground mustard 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Canned butter beans 30 Ounce, rinsed and drained (2 Cans, 15 Ounce Each)
  Canned baked beans 32 Ounce, undrained (New England-Style, 2 Cans, 16 Ounces Each)
  Canned lima beans 15 1⁄4 Ounce, rinsed and drained (1 Can)
  Canned kidney beans 16 Ounce, rinsed and drained (1 Can)

In a skillet, cook bacon until crisp; crumble and set aside.
Discard all but 2 tablespoons drippings.
Add onions, brown sugar, vinegar and mustard to drippings; simmer for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Stir in beans and bacon.
Pour into an ungreased 3-qt.baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1-1/2 hours.
