Bean Dish

  Bacon strip 5
  Ground sirloin 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Onions 2 Medium, chopped
  Green peppers 2 Medium, chopped
  Catsup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mustard 2 Teaspoon (French's)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Canned red kidney beans 20 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned chickpeas 20 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned baked beans 20 Ounce (Boston Style, 1 Can)
  Cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated

Fry bacon until crisp, and set aside on paper.
Use bacon grease for browning ground sirloin with onions and peppers.
In a separate bowl combine catsup, mustard, salt, pepper, vinegar and brown sugar.
Add this combination to meat mixture.
Now carefully add beans with a little juice from cans.
Put in a 4-quart casserole and bake uncovered 30-40 minutes at 350°.
When done sprinkle grated cheese and crumbled bacon all over top and return to the oven for a couple of minutes until cheese melts.
