Green Bean Fish Almondine

Ingredients
  Frozen salmon steaks/Other fish steaks 4 , cut 3/4 inch thick
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Frozen french-style green beans 9 Ounce (1 Package)
  Skim milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Processed swiss cheese 2 Ounce, cut into cubes (1/2 Cup)
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dry sherry 1 Tablespoon
  Slivered almonds 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Place frozen fish steaks in large skillet.
Add water, lemon juice, and the 1 teaspoon salt, Bring to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer about 10 minutes or till fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Cook green beans according to package directions; drain the cooked green beans.
In blender container combine milk, cheese, flour, butter or margarine, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Cover and blend till ingredients are well-combined.
Pour the mixture into a medium saucepan, Cook and stir till mixture is thickened and bubbly; cook and stir 2 minutes more.
Stir in sherry and beans.
Drain fish; transfer to a warm platter.
Spoon bean sauce over; sprinkle with almonds.
If desired, garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
