Green Beans With Tomatoes And Basil

Ingredients
  Green beans 1 Pound
  Olive oil 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Small, finely chopped
  Canned italian peeled tomatoes 14 Ounce, drained and chopped (1 Can)
  Chopped fresh basil 1 Tablespoon
  Parsley/1/2 teaspoon dried parsley 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Cook beans in a large saucepan of boiling salted water 5 minutes; beans will still be crisp. Drain in a colander and rinse under cold running water. Drain well.
2. Meanwhile, in a large frying pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and cook 2 to 3 minutes, or until softened. Add tomatoes, basil, and parsley. Cook 3 minutes to heat and combine flavors. Stir beans into pan and cook 5 to 6 minutes, or until crisp tender. Season with salt and pepper.
