Kidney Beans With Salami And Scallions
|Canned kidney beans||15 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Olive oil||3 Tablespoon (Preferably Extra-Virgin)|
|Red wine vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
|Diced salami||4 Ounce (About 3/4 Cups, 1/2 Inch)|
|Sliced scallions||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. Drain beans and rinse under cold water. Drain well.
2. In a medium bowl, combine oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Beat with a fork to blend. Add beans, salami, and scallions, and toss together.
