Butter Beans With Pecans
|Cooked butter beans||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Beef bouillon cube||1|
|Hot water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped pecans||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Grated american cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Mild)|
|Soft bread crumbs||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Put butter beans in a greased small casserole.
Add bouillon cube to water and stir until dissolved.
Add water to beans with pecans, onions, Worcestershire, and grated cheese.
Toss lightly to blend.
Sprinkle top with bread crumbs.
Dot with bits of butter.
Bake in preheated moderate oven (350°F.) for 30 minutes.
