Baked Bean Casserole
|Canned baked beans in molasses and brown sugar sauce||16 Ounce (1 Can, Old Fashioned)|
|Minced onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Prepared mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
Place bacon on a paper-towel-lined paper plate.
Cover with paper towel.
Cook for 3 minutes on high or until crisp.
In a deep, 1 1/2-quart casserole combine beans, onion, ketchup, mustard and brown sugar.
Crumble bacon and sprinkle over baked bean mixture.
Microwave uncovered for 12 minutes on high or until sauce is bubbly.
Optional: Add 6 franks or 4 slices (1/2-inch thick) ham and heat an additional 2 minutes in last step.
