Lima Bean Dinner

Ingredients
  Butter 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Marjoram 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)
  Chervil 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)
  Bacon slices 4 , diced
  Celery stalks 3 , diced
  Dried lima beans 14 Ounce, soaked in water overnight
  Brown sugar 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)
  Molasses 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Cornstarch 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Cold water 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)
  Paprika 1 Dash
  Hot chicken stock 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Microwave butter 1/2 minute in casserole uncovered.
Add onion, marjoram and chervil.
Cover and microwave 2 minutes.
Stir in bacon and microwave 4 minutes uncovered.
Mix well; microwave another 3 minutes.
Spread celery over bacon.
Cover with beans (including liquid).
Sprinkle in brown sugar and molasses.
Mix in mustard and season with salt, pepper and paprika; mix again.
Pour in enough hot chicken stock to cover.
Cover casserole and microwave 30 minutes.
Mix well; continue microwaving 17 minutes covered.
