Carob Nut Drops
|Butter||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), softened|
|Honey||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), warmed|
|Vanilla||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Carob powder||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sifted|
|Whole wheat flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Pecans/English walnuts, or black walnuts||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Combine and beat thoroughly all ingredients but the flour and nuts.
Add these and mix well.
Drop by the rounded teaspoonful onto buttered baking sheet and bake 10 to 12 minutes.
