Carob Nut Drops

Ingredients
  Butter 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), softened
  Honey 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), warmed
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Carob powder 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sifted
  Eggs 2
  Whole wheat flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Pecans/English walnuts, or black walnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
Directions

Preheat oven to 350° F.
Combine and beat thoroughly all ingredients but the flour and nuts.
Add these and mix well.
Drop by the rounded teaspoonful onto buttered baking sheet and bake 10 to 12 minutes.
