Soy Bean And Nut Loaf

Ingredients
  Cooked drained soybeans 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Ground pecans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ground almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sesame seeds 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Flax seeds 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), soaked in warm water for 30 minutes and drained
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Dried oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Grind the beans through a meat grinder and mix with the pecans, almonds, sesame seeds, and flax seeds.
3. Heat the oil and saute the celery and onions until tender. Add to the bean mixture with the remaining ingredients. Pack into a 9- by 5- by 3-inch loaf pan and bake for 1 hour. (Alternately, the loaf mixture may be formed into patties and fried in a little oil in a skillet.)
