Easy Frijoles

Ingredients
  Pinto beans 1 Pound
  Salt pork 1⁄4 Pound, cut into 1/2-inch squares
  Canned tomatoes 20 Ounce, cores removed (1 Can)
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Hot chili peppers To Taste
Directions

Soak beans overnight.
Cook beans over low heat until tender.
Render salt pork.
Add juice to the beans as it cooks out.
When the juice stops flowing, add browned salt pork cubes to the beans.
Add tomatoes.
Season with ground pepper, garlic and hot peppers to taste.
At their best these beans should be hot-hot
