Enjoy this simple dish of green beans cooked in the lemon juice and flavored highly with lemon zest. This dish is good for the vegetarians, as it has green beans and flavor of lemon too.

Fresh green beans
1 , juiced
2 Tablespoon, or slivered
Take some water in a pan and bring it to boil. Add fresh green beans to it. Boil the beans for 4 minutes. Remove water and lower the heat. Add olive oil to the pan, crushed almonds, lemon juice, lemon zest. Saute it for 2 minutes. Put it in a serving dish and garnish it with lemon zest and lemon slices.
This green bean dish is absulutely delicious! A simple side dish recipe made with fresh green beans, olive oil,lemon juice and toasted almonds. Double the recipe to serve more than 6 people, or just double the recipe anyway! You can steam the beans, cover and chill up to a day in advance. Coarsley chopped pecans or walnuts can be substituted for the sliced almonds if desired.
