Steamed Green Beans With Lemon And Olive Oil

|Green beans||2 Pound, topped and tailed|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Fresh pepper||To Taste|
Place water in large saucepan (2-3 inches deep in 2-quart saucepan) and insert collapsible steamer in place.
Put beans in steamer.
Put on lid and bring to a boil.
Steam 5-7 minutes, until tender-crisp.
