Green Beans And Potatoes
|Green beans||1 Pound, cut into 2-inch pieces|
|Potatoes||2 Small, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Rubbed sage||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
1. In 2-quart casserole or bowl, place butter or margarine; cover with casserole lid. Cook at high (100% power) 1 minute or until butter melts.
2. Add green beans, potatoes, water, salt, and sage. Cover and cook at high 12 to 14 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, until beans and potatoes are tender.
