Carob Whip

Ingredients
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Basic carob syrup 2 Tablespoon
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
Directions

In a small, chilled bowl, beat cream with an electric beater until slightly thickened.
Add carob syrup and honey, and continue to beat until cream is thick and forms mounds.
