|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Onion||1 Medium, sliced into rings|
|Green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced|
|Low calorie margarine||2 Teaspoon|
|Tomatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped|
|Green beans||2 Cup (32 tbs), snapped|
In a nonstick skillet, saute garlic, onion rings, green pepper and celery in margarine for 4 minutes.
Add tomatoes, green beans, salt and pepper.
Stir to mix.
Reduce heat, cover and cook for about 15 minutes or until green beans are al dente.
