Marinated Lima Beans is a simple and delicious side dish recipe which cannot just escape your guest's attention in any party. Why don€™t you give it a try and let me know the experience.
  Frozen baby lima beans 20 Ounce (Two 10 Ounce Packages)
  Salad oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Green pepper 1 Medium, diced
  Onion 1 Small, diced
  Cider vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon

1. In 12-inch skillet, prepare lima beans as label directs but prepare both packages together. Drain and set aside.
2. In same skillet over medium heat, in hot salad oil, cook green pepper and onion until tender, stirring occasionally.
3. In medium-sized bowl, combine cooked lima beans, green-pepper mixture, vinegar, sugar, and salt. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours.
