Savory Green Bean Casserole

Ingredients
  Oil 2 Teaspoon (Crisco)
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Green bell pepper 1⁄2 Medium, chopped
  Frozen green beans 10 Ounce (1 Package, Thawed)
  Canned tomatoes 8 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Nonfat mayonnaise dressing 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Red pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon, crushed
  Garlic powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Plain bread crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Heat oven to 375°F.
Oil 1-quart casserole lightly.
Place cooling rack on countertop.
Heat 2 teaspoons oil in large skillet on medium heat.
Add onion and green pepper.
Cook and stir until tender.
Add beans, tomatoes, mayonnaise dressing, salt, red pepper and garlic powder.
Heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally.
Spoon into casserole.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes.
Do not overbake.
Remove casserole to cooling rack.
