Green And Wax Beans In Mustard Marinade
1. Trim ends from green beans; if beans are very long, cut each in half.
2. In 4-quart saucepan over high heat, in 1 inch boiling water, heat green and wax beans to boiling. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 5 to 10 minutes, until beans are tender-crisp. Drain.
3. In 13" by 9" baking dish (beans will marinate more evenly in flat-bottomed dish), mix beans with salad oil and remaining ingredients. Cover dish and refrigerate at least 2 hours to blend flavors.
