Spicy Refried Beans

This was a really fun episode. The man behind WhatsCooking is a very talented foodie named Ben. He was kind enough to share one of his great recipes with me and let me turn it into a Making It With Darren special! I personally love refried beans and Ben has a great twist on these. I personally like to spice up everything I eat so I decided to throw in some sliced Serrano chilies for a garnish. These would also go great with Queso Fresca or any other mild cheese.   Onion 1⁄2 Small, chopped
  Cooked pinto beans 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Small
  Beef chorizo 1⁄4 Pound
  Chopped cilantro/1 epazote leaf 1 Cup (16 tbs)
