White Beans With Tomato Basil And Parmesan
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm), minced|
|Cooked navy beans/Great northern beans / cannellini (white kidney beans)||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Tomato||1 Large, chopped|
|Minced fresh basil/Parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Ounce (1/2 Cup)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
1 ln a 12 inch nonstick skillet, heat the oil over low heat.
Add the garlic and cook, stirring occasionally, for 4 minutes or until lightly colored and fragrant.
Stir in the beans, tomato, and minced basil and cook for 7 minutes or until heated through and the tomato has released its juices.
Stir in the cheese and lemon juice
