Green Beans Napoli
|Green beans||3⁄4 Pound, cut in half crosswise|
|Olive oil/Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Pine nuts||3 Tablespoon|
|Garlic clove||1 Large, minced|
|Chopped fresh basil/1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves||1 Tablespoon|
|Tabasco pepper sauce||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Dried rosemary leaves||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Red pepper||1 Medium, cut into strips|
In large skillet bring 1 inch water to a boil; add green beans.
Cover; cook 8 to 10 minutes or until crisp-tender.
Drain; set aside.
In same skillet heat oil and butter; add pine nuts, garlic, basil, Tabasco® sauce and rosemary.
Cook over medium heat until pine nuts are lightly browned; stir frequently.
Add green beans, red pepper strips and salt to skillet.
Stir-fry 2 minutes or until pepper strips are crisp-tender.
