Round About Dogs
|Canned pork and beans||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Sweet pickle relish/Catsup||1 Tablespoon|
|Rye bread slice||2|
|Prepared mustard||2 Tablespoon|
|Bacon slices||2 , crisp cooked and crumbled|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||1 Ounce (1/4 Cup)|
Place beans and relish in small glass bowl.
Cook, covered with plastic wrap, at MEDIUM-HIGH 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, or until heated through; stir once.
Along one side of each frankfurter, make deep slits every 3/4-inch.
On paper towel lined paper plate, arrange franks cut-side out.
Cook at MEDIUM-HIGH 2 1/2 to 3 minutes, or until heated through and curled.
Spread mustard on bread; place on serving plate.
Arrange two frankfurters on each bread to form ring.
Fill ring with beans; top with bacon and cheese.
Cook at MEDIUM-HIGH 1 to 1 1/4 minutes, or until cheese begins to melt.
