Scalloped Beans

  Bean liquid 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Green beans 1 Can (10 oz)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

Melt butter, add flour and salt.
Gradually add milk and bean liquid.
Cook until mixture bubbles.
Add cheese and beans.
Pour into a greased casserole.
Cover with crumbs and bake in a moderate oven, 350 degrees, 1/2 hour or until brown on top.
