Wax Beans A La Russe is an amazingly easy to prepare side dish which cannot just escape your guest's attention in any party. Try this delicious Wax Beans A La Russe; I am sure you will get a huge fan following for this!
  Green beans/Wax beans 1 Pound (500 Gram)
  Water/Consomme 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Chicken stock/Chicken consomme 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Green onions 60 Milliliter, minced (1/4 Cup)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), chopped (Small Clove)
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)
  Red wine vinegar/Cider vinegar 30 Milliliter (30 Milliliter)
  Walnuts 125 Milliliter, chopped (1/2 Cup)
  Parsley 30 Milliliter, chopped (30 Milliliter)

€¢ Remove the ends of the beans as for Green and Wax Beans Nature.
€¢ Leave beans whole. Place in a microwave-safe dish, add the water or consomme.
€¢ Cover, microwave at HIGH 8 to 9 minutes.
€¢ Check beans for tenderness. If necessary, microwave them 1 to 2 minutes more.
€¢ When ready, let stand covered.
€¢ Make the sauce by placing the chicken stock or consomme in a large microwave-safe measuring cup or bowl, add the green onions, garlic, paprika, salt, sugar, cider or red wine vinegar.
€¢ Stir well. Microwave 3 minutes at MEDIUM-HIGH.
€¢ Add the walnuts and parsley, stir.
€¢ Pour over the cooked beans and serve hot or let them cool, but do not refrigerate.
