Ingredients
  Peanut oil 4 Teaspoon
  French beans 450 Gram, topped and tailed
  Fresh ginger root 5 Gram, peeled and grated (1 Centimeter Piece)
  Water 60 Milliliter
  Brown sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Dark soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Spring onion 4 , chopped
Directions

In a wok, heat 1 tablespoon peanut oil, add beans and ginger and stir fry for 1 minute.
Add water and sugar, reduce the heat and cook for 5-6 minutes until beans are tender.
Stir in soy sauce then sprinkle with spring onions and remaining peanut oil.
