Baby lima beans with sour cream and paprika is a creamy beans recipe. Seasoned and served after tossing it with yogurt and parsley for flavor, the baby lima beans are delicious and nutritious.
|Fresh baby lima beans/1 package frozen baby lima beans||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Unsalted margarine||1 Tablespoon|
|Black pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Sour cream||3 Tablespoon|
|Low fat plain yogurt||2 Tablespoon|
|Minced parsley||2 Tablespoon|
In a large saucepan, bring an inch of unsalted water to a boil; add the lima beans and cook, covered, over moderate heat for 12 minutes or until tender.
Stir in the margarine, salt, pepper, sour cream, yogurt, parsley, and paprika.
