Simple Green Beans with Cream

Chef Keith Snow shows a very simple recipe, green beans with cream.
  Snap beans 500 Gram (Green Variety)
  Shallots 1
  Extra virgin olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Heavy organic cream 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Kosher salt To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste

Take out the head of green beans and steam them for 20 minutes. After steaming put them in cold water and later strain the water out.

Add little nit of extra virgin olive oil in a pan and add 2 minced shallots.

Put the cooked beans right into the pan. Do a quick sauté and add a bit of kosher salt and black pepper.

Turn down the heat and add a 2 ½ tbsp of organic heavy cream. Cook for 2 minutes.

Pile it on a plate and serve with a grilled chicken.
