Canned cut green beans/2 packages, 9 ounce each frozen cut green beans, cooked in boiling, salted water
2 Pound, drained (2 Cans, 1 Pound Each)
Saute onion, garlic, green pepper, and pimientos in butter until onions are limp.
Remove from heat.
Stir in mustard, tomato sauce, and cheese.
Combine beans and sauce; turn into a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Bake covered in a 350° oven for 20 minutes; uncover and bake 20 minutes more, or until cheese is melted.
