Caraway Sauced Beans
|Dairy sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1 Tablespoon|
|Milk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Minced dried onion||1 Teaspoon|
|Shredded brick cheese||2 Ounce|
|Caraway seed||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Canned green beans/20 ounce packages frozen whole green beans, cooked and drained||32 Ounce, heated and drained|
In a saucepan blend sour cream into flour.
Stir in milk, onion, salt, and pepper.
Cook and stir over medium heat till mixture bubbles.
Add cheese and caraway seed; heat and stir till cheese is melted.
Pour sauce over hot cooked beans.
