Baked Limas With Sour Cream

Ingredients
  Dried lima beans 1 Pound
  Salt 3 Teaspoon, divided
  Butter/Margarine 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), cut into bits
  Firmly packed light brown sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Dry mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Dark molasses 1 Tablespoon
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Use Commercial)
Directions

Wash beans; cover with water and soak for 1/2 hour.
Add 1 teaspoon of the salt and cook beans slowly until tender, about 30 to 40 minutes; drain.
Place in a medium-size casserole and top with butter or margarine bits.
Mix sugar, mustard, and remaining salt, and sprinkle over beans.
Stir in molasses and top with sour cream, mixing gently.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
