Red Beans With Peas And Pasta

Ingredients
  Red beans 1⁄2 Pound, soaked overnight, drained
  Pasta 1⁄2 Pound
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  White wine vinegar 1⁄8 Cup (2 tbs)
  Fresh lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar To Taste
  Frozen green peas 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Cook the beans in 1 quart fresh water for 1 hour.
Drain.
Be sure that they are not overdone.
Let cool.
Cook the pasta, drain, and chill in cold water.
Prepare dressing of the oil, vinegar, lemon juice, salt and pepper, and oregano if desired.
Add sugar to taste.
Drain the pasta, and place in bowl with beans.
Rinse the defrosted frozen peas, and drain.
Add to the bowl with the dressing, and toss.
Garnish with parsley.
This is served as a starch or vegetable dish.
It goes with just about any menu.
