Best Green Beans
|Onion||1 Large, finely chopped|
|Dairy sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Seasoned pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Mixed herb seasoning||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Canned cut green beans||2 Can (20 oz), drained|
|Crumbled blue cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Buttered bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Place onion and butter in 1 1/2 quart casserole; cook in Radarange oven 2 minutes.
Stir in sour cream and seasonings.
Add beans; mix well.
Sprinkle with cheese and crumbs.
Cook in oven 6 minutes, turning dish a quarter turn 3 times.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
