Soy Bean Pie
|Unbaked pie shell||1 (9 Inch)|
|Honey||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Pure vanilla extract||2 Teaspoon|
|Whole wheat flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Roasted soybean||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Beat eggs in medium sized bowl; add honey.
Combine thoroughly, then add vanilla, oil, salt and flour.
Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell and sprinkle chopped soybeans over filling.
Bake 10 minutes in preheated oven, then reduce heat to 350°F., and bake until knife comes clean when inserted in pie (about 45 minutes).
