Cluster Beans

Ingredients
  Cluster beans 500 Gram
  Ghee 3 Tablespoon
  Coriander powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), chopped fine
  Pepper powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Green chili 1 , chopped fine
  Pomegranate seed powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Turmeric powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Cut the vegetable into pieces about half an inch in length, and boil them in salted water.
Remove them, from the fire before they become too soft.
Heat the ghee on a moderate fire and fry the garlic.
Add the vegetable, green chilli, salt, turmeric and coriander powder.
Stir briskly.
Five minutes or so later sprinkle a little water.
Cook for four or five minutes till the vegetable is soft.
Sprinkle pomegranate seed powder arid pepper powder.
