Marinated Fresh Green Beans
|Fresh green beans||1 Pound|
|Chopped chives||1 Tablespoon|
|French dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Use Commercial)|
Wash beans, cut off tips, and leave whole.
Place in a saucepan with 1 inch boiling salted water.
Bring to boiling point and boil uncovered for 5 minutes.
Cover; cook until tender-crisp for 5 to 10 minutes.
Add chives and French dressing; marinate at least 1 hour.
Garnish with pimiento strips
