Lima Beans And Mushrooms Au Gratin
|Cooked lima beans||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Skim milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Mushrooms||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced (Use Cooked And Canned)|
|Dehydrated onion flakes||1 Teaspoon|
|Grated swiss cheese||2 Ounce|
|Cayenne pepper||1 Dash|
In small baking dish combine lima beans, milk, mushrooms, onion flakes and margarine with cayenne pepper and salt; toss.
Top with grated cheese.
Bake 20 minutes at 350Â° F.
