Sweet red bean paste 8 Tablespoon
All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tapioca starch 2 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Peanut oil/Vegetable oil 2 Cup (32 tbs)

Peel bananas.
Split lengthwise and make a small groove in both halves.

Join halves, then cut each banana into 1 1/2 inch (4 cm) sections.
Set aside.
Mix the flour and tapioca starch in a bowl.
Add water gradually and mix into a smooth batter.

Fry 7 to 8 pieces at a time until golden brown, about 6 to 8 minutes.
