Caviar Beans is a delicious side dish recipe that you would love to prepare on every party. Try this Caviar Beans; I am sure you will have a huge fan following for this!
  Dried kidney beans 1 Pound
  Water 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Bulk pork sausage 1⁄2 Pound
  Firmly packed brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sliced apples 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Onions 4 , sliced
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Tomato juice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Salt 3 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon

Wash beans; soak overnight in water.
Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
Add more water if necessary.
Break up sausage with a fork and mix thoroughly with all the remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil and add beans.
Cook on high heat until steaming, then simmer for at least 2 hours.
Add more tomato juice if needed.
