Barbecued Lima Beans With Brown Sugar

Barbecued Lima Beans is a delicious mouth-watering side dish recipe. Try this amazingly irresistible Barbecued Lima Beans; I bet you will get a lot of compliments for this one!
Ingredients
  Dried lima beans 1 Pound
  Water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Firmly packed brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Catsup 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dark corn syrup 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Liquid smoke 1 Teaspoon
  Hot sauce 5 Drop
  Bacon slices 6
Directions

Soak washed beans in water in large saucepan or dutch oven overnight.
Do not drain.
Add onion; bring to a boil and simmer until beans are almost tender, about 30 minutes.
Combine all other ingredients except bacon; stir into beans and mix well.
Spoon mixture into a 2-quart greased casserole.
Put bacon on top, cover, and bake at 350° about 1 hour or until beans are completely soft.
