Green Beans With Nutmeg Butter

|Fresh green beans||1 1⁄2 Pound, washed, trimmed and cut into 1 inch pieces|
|Ground nutmeg||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Place beans in saucepan with boiling salted water.
Bring to boiling point and boil for 5 minutes.
Cover and cook until tender-crisp, about 10 minutes.
Toss lightly with butter or margarine, nutmeg, and pepper.
