Looking for something different to do with your favorite fruits - try out this batter mix to make fruit fritters!
Ingredients
  Sifted flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Baking powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Oil/Melted butter / margarine 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Sift first 4 ingredients into bowl.
Add remaining ingredients; stir until smooth or whiz all ingredients in blender at low speed until smooth.
Use for making favorite fruit fritters.
