Fritter Batter! It is a pleasure to both prepare and serve this delicious fritter preparation. Follow this brilliant fritter batter recipe for a sinfully tasty dish.
Ingredients
  Egg yolks 2
  Milk 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Melted butter 1 Tablespoon
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Egg whites 2 , beaten stiff
  Fat 2 Cup (32 tbs) (for deep frying)
  Canned pineapple slices 1 1⁄4 Can (12.5 oz), drained (1 large can)
  Confectioners sugar 1 Tablespoon
Directions

With a wooden spoon, stir the fritter batter ingredients in the order given.
Fold in the egg whites last.
Heat the fat for deep frying in a large skillet.
Dip each pineapple ring in the batter, coating it thoroughly.
Fry until lightly browned all over.
Drain fritters on a paper towel.
Sprinkle fritters with confectioners' sugar, if desired.
Serve.
