Fritter Batter

Ingredients
  Flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Milk 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Powdered sugar 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix and sift dry ingredients.
Combine milk and egg well beaten, and add to dry ingredients, while beating constantly.
The batter should be thick enough to entirely coat the food.
If too thick add more liquid; if too thin add more flour.
