Dessert Fritter Batter
|Flour||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), sifted|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Baking powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Cooking oil||1 Tablespoon|
1. Into a bowl, sift together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt; keep aside.
2. Into a blender jar with stirring blades, put together egg, milk and oil; process for 5 seconds until ingredients are well mixed.
3. Add dry ingredients and process at low speed for 5-8 seconds until mixture is smooth.
4. Use Dessert Fritter Batter for making fruit fritters.
