|Salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon (Added To The Flour)|
1. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
2. Beat egg yolks until creamy.
3. Fold yolks into whites adding 3 tablespoons flour as you fold.
4. Use the batter to make pancakes, crepes, puddings etc.
Make as for Yorkshire Pudding.
