Ingredients
  Egg 1
  Milk 1⁄2 Pint
  Flour 1⁄4 Pound
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a deep basin sieve flour and salt together.
2. Make a well in the centre and drop in the egg.
3. Mix to make a thin batter.

SERVING
4. Use batter as required.
