Ingredients
  Flour 2 Ounce
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon (Leveled)
  Milk 1⁄8 Pint
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl mix the ingredients together to make a smooth paste.
2. Use the batter for frying immediately.
3. Before frying dredge the meat in dry flour and dip into batter.
4. Put immediately into hot fat.

TIPS
Use it for fish fillets and steaks, fish or meat cakes.
