Beer Battered Chicken
|Boneless chicken breasts||675 Gram|
|All purpose flour||375 Milliliter|
|Beer||125 Milliliter (Ice Cold)|
|Baking powder||5 Milliliter|
|Safflower oil||750 Milliliter|
Cut the chicken into 1" (2.5 cm) strips.
Whip the eggs, 1 cup (250 ml) flour, beer, and baking powder together.
Heat the oil to 375°F (190°C).
Dust the chicken with remaining flour.
Dip into the batter then deep fry in small batches to golden brown, reserve hot.
Once all the chicken has been cooked, serve.
