Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cornmeal 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Blue / White / Yellow Colored)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , slightly beaten
Directions

1 Sift all-purpose flour with baking powder and salt, then add cornmeal.
2 Blend milk with slightly beaten eggs, then combine milk mixture with dry ingredients and blend together. (Sometimes more milk is needed to provide a smooth batter that clings to the chiles.)
